Job Description
We are seeking a Junior L3 Support Developer with 1-2 years of experience in Java, Node.js, and API
Integration technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 3
technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
timely and effective problem resolution. The candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills and have
experience in resolving issues related to enterprise-level applications.
Location: Indore
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 3 technical support to resolve issues related to enterprise-level applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and operations, to
identify and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Java, Node.js, and API Integration technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to senior developers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base
articles.
• Monitor and analyse system logs to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Participate in the development of tools and scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Java and Node.js development, API Integration, and L3 Support.
• Knowledge of Java, Node.js, and API Integration technologies.
• Experience with debugging tools and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
