We are looking for a highly skilled L3 Support Developer with expertise in Java, Node.js, and API Integration.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 3 technical support to resolve complex issues,
developing solutions to improve system stability, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
timely and effective problem resolution. The candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills and have
experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex issues related to enterprise-level
applications. skills. The candidate should be a team player.
• Provide Level 3 technical support to resolve complex issues related to enterprise-level applications.
• Develop and maintain solutions to improve system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and operations, to
identify and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues related to Java, Node.js, and API Integration
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base
• Work with third-party vendors to resolve issues related to APIs and other related technologies.
• Monitor and analyse system logs to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Participate in the development of tools and scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 6 – 8 Years of experience in Java and Node.js development, API Integration, and L3 Support.
• In-depth knowledge of Java, Node.js, and API Integration technologies.
• Experience with debugging tools and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience in working with third-party APIs and vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
