Job Description
We are currently looking for an Associate Publisher Success to join our growing Publisher team at Doceree. The Associate Publisher Success will be reporting to Manager Global Programmatic. We are looking for smart, hardworking, and straight to the point individuals. The ideal candidate will understand digital advertising, ad serving and partner development. The role will be based out of Delhi.
Responsibilites
- Working closely with publisher operations to help network publishers with their queries.
- Coordination with internal teams to resolve publisher specific troubleshooting. Proactive problem solving
- Recommend optimization solutions to publishers
- Responsible to maintain 24 hours TAT for all publisher queries
- Helping advertiser team with supply specific requests
- Scheduling weekly calls/meetings with publishers
- Miniating constant contact with all publishers
- Must be willing to stretch extra hours for US clients
Qualifications
- 2 years of display advertising experience with proficiency in basic AdTech eco system.
- Must have good written communication skills and analytical skills and proficient in working with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and similar tools
- Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn about the exciting and high-growth business of online advertising.
