To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doceree, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of use, profit, data, goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, regardless of legal theory, whether or not Doceree has been warned of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Doceree’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Doceree for the past three months of the services in question.
