Job Description

Doceree seeks a Director of Performance Marketing who will develop and manage the company’s performance marketing strategy. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this individual will design and implement data-driven campaigns focusing on measurable results and ROI. Responsibilities include leveraging various traditional and digital channels such as affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, paid advertising, social media marketing, search engine marketing, and SEO. The position combines technical proficiency with a strong drive for results, encompassing campaign development, execution, and analysis, ensuring maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI through strategic performance marketing initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Strategy Development: Define and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Partner Management: Identify and manage relationships with publishers, affiliates, and influencers to drive campaign performance.
  • Affiliate Marketing – Identify key platforms globally to promote our products and services.
  • Social Media Content Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy in collaboration with the Director of Content Marketing to ensure content is informative and engaging.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: Oversee the execution of performance marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet goals. Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time for optimal results.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for paid marketing and global media buying, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Technology and Tools Utilization: Identify and leverage performance marketing tools and technologies for campaign tracking, analysis, and optimization.
  • Media Buying: Negotiate ad placements and manage relationships with key media partners.
  • ABM LinkedIn Strategy: Bring a strategic mindset to develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms to personalize engagement with key accounts within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

Skills, Qualifications, and minimum Experience

Educational Background: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Professional Experience:

  • 5-7 years of performance marketing experience focusing on PPC, Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Retargeting.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through effective paid marketing campaigns.
  • Comprehensive experience in both digital and offline marketing channels.
  • Proven success in collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in managing significant marketing project and media budgets, with B2B experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google AdWords and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with various social acquisition channels, including YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledgeable in SEO practices and tools (e.g., SEM Rush), and proficient in using CRM software and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
  • Experienced with A/B testing and conversion optimization tools, and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused with keen attention to detail and strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, team-oriented with sound judgment.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or ad tech is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in executing and measuring global digital engagement strategies to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Familiarity with emerging digital marketing technologies and trends.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL and Excel.
