Purpose of the Job
Doceree Enterprise is revolutionising HCP messaging by enabling pharma/life-sciences companies & media agencies to activate highly targeted global and integrated campaigns with utmost transparent and measurable outcomes. Doceree Enterprise offers truly personalised, unique, and differentiated solutions, so healthcare and life science brands can continue to build unique features curated exclusively for them.

As the Enterprise Sales Expert (India), you will play a pivotal role in championing Doceree Enterprise solutions to pharma/life-sciences companies & media agencies, driving revenue growth and strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage end-to-end sales process – from identifying and prospecting clients, demos and negotiations, to closing of Enterprise deals with pharma/life-sciences companies & media agencies.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with existing and new key decision-makers at specialist agencies and brand partners: Innovation Leads, Marketing Architecture Leads, Omni Channel Leads, Business Heads
  • Deeply understand HCP digital messaging landscape and ecosystem, current challenges and trends, as well as commonly used marketing models/channels, presenting Doceree Enterprise as an essential platform using a consultative approach
  • Achieve and/or exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Product and Strategy teams to identify and provide agency and brand’s requirements, platform feedback, upsell and growth opportunities.

Qualifications Requirement: Experience, Skills & Education

  • 10+ years proven track record in sales, with SaaS/B2B expertise in the pharma & life sciences industry.
  • Thorough understanding of the digital HCP advertising and marketing ecosystem
  • Experience managing long and complex full sales cycles, while building and maintaining strategic relationships with multiple key stakeholders
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex ideas and influence all levels of the organisation (including executive and C-level)
  • Results-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding targets.
  • Motivated individual with ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
