Work Setting: Onsite
- Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve financial and operational processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Generate timely and accurate financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and support strategic decisions.
- Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects focused on finance operations improvements, including the integration of new technologies and systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with business objectives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor and report variances with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Technology Integration: Spearhead the adoption of new financial technologies that automate and enhance reporting, billing, and other key finance operations.
- Training and Development: Train finance and non-finance staff on financial policies and systems to ensure company-wide compliance and understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements
- Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
- Understanding business needs and optimizing business operations accordingly
- Understanding the financial statements, KPIs and other key metrics, and then evaluating options for improvement.
Qualifications Requirement: Experience, Skills & Education
- A competent finance professional, preferably a chartered accountant or MBA Finance or CFA (experience of working in the Big 4 firms is a plus)
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
- Business Pivotal Thinking
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- Advanced knowledge of excel with an analytical mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management Adaptive to change and capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
