Reporting to: Sr.Creative Director – UI/UX & Digital
Work Setting: On-site
- Requirement Understanding: Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights and align design objectives with business goals.
- Design Creation: Translate complex concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Develop high-fidelity UI designs that effectively communicate the interaction and design concepts.
- Interface Design: Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Create design elements such as icons, color schemes, and typography to enhance visual appeal and usability.
- User Research and Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs. Analyze user feedback and usage metrics to refine and improve the user experience.
- User Persona Development: Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to guide design decisions. Ensure the user journey is seamless and intuitive by mapping out user interactions at various touchpoints.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Continuously explore new tools, techniques, and design patterns to enhance the user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of design objectives with business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to stakeholders. Present design concepts, prototypes, and user research findings to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Qualifications Requirement: Experience, Skills & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong command on Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
