1. Account Registration

We reserve the right to terminate unpaid or inactive user accounts after 90 days. In such cases, all associated data will be deleted. Prior notice and an option to back up your data will be provided before termination. This data deletion policy applies to all our services.

In no event shall Doceree, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the services, or information available from or obtained through any of the services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doceree, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of use, profit, data, goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, regardless of legal theory, whether or not Doceree has been warned of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Doceree’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Doceree for the past three months of the services in question.

Customer Data refers to the data we will be capturing, including but not limited to advertiser details, campaign name, impressions, costs, demographic data, and any other data collected during the course of advertising activities. This consent is informed, meaning you are aware and agree to the transfer of your data. The primary purpose of this data sharing is in accordance with Your explicit request and may include the third party’s use of the data for analytics, marketing, or other objectives that have been mutually agreed upon. It’s crucial to note that Doceree disclaims control over the actions of the third party, absolving itself from liability for any use or misuse of the shared data.
