Manager - Enablement & Training

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Enablement & Training Manager to build and scale enablement across Doceree's global GTM organisation. In this highly visible role, you will design and deliver training and enablement programs that improve onboarding, productivity, product knowledge, commercial effectiveness, and customer impact across the business.

You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership to ensure our teams have the knowledge, tools, messaging, and resources needed to confidently engage customers, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth. As our business evolves, you will play a key role in creating a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence across the organisation.

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs for commercial and customer-facing teams.

• Create engaging training content, learning paths, playbooks, certifications, templates, and best practice documentation that support employee development throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging, product knowledge, processes, and customer engagement strategies.

• Equip customer-facing teams with the skills, resources, and confidence to effectively communicate Doceree's value proposition, products, and solutions.

• Support product launches and organisational initiatives by developing training plans and enablement materials that drive successful adoption.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical and commercial concepts into practical, easy-to-understand training content.

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions, workshops, webinars, and ongoing coaching programs for new and existing employees.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using performance metrics, learner feedback, adoption data, and business outcomes, continuously refining programs based on insights.

• Maintain and manage enablement content, ensuring resources remain current, accessible, and aligned with evolving business priorities.

• Champion a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

• 5+ years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Training, Revenue Operations, or a customer-facing commercial role.

• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple business functions and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring training effectiveness and using insights to improve learning outcomes.

• Experience with enablement and learning platforms such as Highspot, Gong, HubSpot, Salesforce, LMS platforms, or similar tools..

• Experience within Healthcare, Pharma, Digital Health, AdTech, or MarTech is advantageous but not essential.

• Self-starter with a high level of ownership who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment.

• Passionate about learning, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Strategic thinker who can translate business priorities into practical enablement initiatives.

• Collaborative and influential, building trusted partnerships across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

• Commercially minded with an understanding of customer journeys and go-to-market best practices.

• Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Continuous improvement mindset, using feedback and data to optimise programs and drive measurable business impact.
