Purpose of the Job

Sitting at the intersection of pharma, healthcare, AdTech and AI, the Director / Sr Director / VP - Commercial Strategy will be a strategic partner to Doceree's Sales team and will equip them with the insights, tools and strategies needed to drive growth and deepen client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop and optimize go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth across pharmaceutical brands and healthcare agencies.
  • Translate market trends across pharma, healthcare, adtech and AI into actionable commercial strategies, positioning and messaging.
  • Develop sales enablement tools, playbooks and frameworks that improve productivity, strategic account planning and win rates.
  • Provide competitive intelligence, customer insights and consultative narratives that empower teams to engage clients as trusted advisors.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and inform product innovation through market feedback and evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to align commercial priorities and execution.
  • Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and executive reporting to support business growth.

Qualifications - Experience, Skills & Education

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting or commercial strategy within healthcare, pharma, HealthTech, AdTech, digital media, or related industries.
  • Consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing landscape, including HCP engagement and omnichannel strategies.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales teams to improve go-to-market effectiveness, enablement and commercial performance.
  • Familiarity with healthcare advertising, programmatic media, data-driven solutions and/or AI-enabled products.

  • Strong executive presence, analytical capabilities and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
