Purpose of the Job

We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused Director of Product Management to own a critical product area within the Doceree platform. You'll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products that power healthcare marketing while partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Commercial, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes. 

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable products, and bringing ideas from concept through launch and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision 

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for your product area.  

  • Identify market opportunities through customer research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.  

  • Define product priorities that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial impact.  

  • Present product strategy, roadmap, and progress to executive leadership and key customers.  

Product Execution 

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch, adoption, and optimization.  

  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications that enable Engineering to execute efficiently.  

  • Prioritize features using customer feedback, product analytics, and business objectives.  

  • Define success metrics and use data to continuously improve product performance. 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver high-impact solutions.  

  • Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems and validate product direction.  

  • Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure products meet healthcare regulatory requirements.  

  • Help shape product processes, best practices, and scalable ways of working across the Product organization. 

Qualifications - Experience, Skills & Education

  • 7+ years of Product Managemnt experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, HealthTech, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or another highly regulated industry. 

  • Proven success owning products end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.  

  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable products.  

  • Strong experience writing PRDs, defining product requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and leading Agile product development.  

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, using product data, and making roadmap decisions based on customer and business insights. 

  • Experience building one or more of the following: Data platforms, AI/ML-powered products, Identity or interoperability solutions, Audience, segmentation, or analytics products, Enterprise workflow or integration platforms, Customer-facing SaaS applications  

  • Experience with APIs, integrations, data architecture, identity resolution, or platform infrastructure.  

  • Familiarity with healthcare data, privacy, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, consent management, or similar regulatory environments).  

  • Experience working with enterprise customers and translating customer feedback into scalable product capabilities.
