SSE / SE - Java/Python/Go Developer

To design, develop, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance

backend applications using Java, Python, or Go by building cloud-native

microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems. The role is

responsible for delivering reliable, maintainable, and resilient software

solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive

architecture decisions, improve system performance, and support end-to end product delivery.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.

• Build high performance, resilient, and secure microservices based architectures.

• Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and latency.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and infrastructure teams to

deliver end to end features.

• Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision

making.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing

systems.

Backend Development (Primary)

Strong hands-on development experience in one or more of:

• Java

• Python

• Go

Experience with:

• RESTful API development

• Microservices architecture

• Distributed systems

• Database design and optimization (SQL / NoSQL)

• Message queues and event-driven architecture

• Caching strategies and performance tuning

• Cloud native application development

Working knowledge of:

• Node.js

• React

• Next.js

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

• Excellent problem solving mindset with a structured engineering approach.

• Ability to break down complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.

• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Self driven, ownership oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

• Experience in AdTech Domain

• 3+ Years of relevant experience in Java / Python development

• B.Tech / BCA or Above
