We built the infrastructure to answer it.
Doceree is the clinical infrastructure connecting every signal, decision, and channel in healthcare to the outcomes that matter.
That question pulled our founder out of clinical medicine and into building Doceree. After training as a physician at Northwestern, Harshit Jain kept seeing the same pattern repeat across every specialty and every market - brands spending billions to reach physicians, health systems generating signals every second, payers sitting on outcomes data, and nothing connecting any of it.
An impression was served. A rep walked into a clinic. A prescription was written, or wasn't. A patient filled it, or didn't. A therapy worked, or didn't. And then - silence. The signal disappeared into the gap between the systems that should have been talking to each other.
We started Doceree to close that gap - as the clinical infrastructure that finally lets the industry trace a physician's question all the way to a patient's outcome. The infrastructure was missing. We built it.
The most important questions in healthcare weren't unanswerable. The infrastructure to answer them simply didn't exist yet.

A physician-turned-entrepreneur, Harshit Jain is the Founder & Global CEO of Doceree. After earning his medical degree from Northwestern University in 2006, he transitioned into healthcare marketing and founded Doceree in 2020 to bring efficiency to HCP communications. His work has earned the Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Good, India's first D&AD Black Pencil, and PM360's Elite Disruptor honor. He is the author of “The Next Marketing - To Healthcare Professionals”, with Part 2 coming soon, and hosts “The Next Marketing with HJ”, Season 2 live with Fierce Pharma.

Kamya Elawadhi is the Co-Founder and President of Doceree. Joining as Chief Client Officer, she turned strategic relationships into revenue engines and brand partnerships into lasting momentum. Elevated to Co-Founder & President in February 2026, she leads Doceree's global growth agenda - helping healthcare and life sciences marketers reach verified HCP audiences with precision, while championing a vision of privacy-forward, clinically intelligent communication for healthcare professionals.

Vijay Adapala leads commercial and strategic expansion at Doceree. As Chief Business Development Officer since 2026, he drives partner growth across AdManager, Spark, and co-pay.com. Since joining in 2023, he has established Doceree's global supply ecosystem across the US, UK, India, and APAC. Before Doceree, he served as GM of Amazon Publisher Services and holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Thomas Shea joined Doceree in August 2021 as its first Chief Revenue Officer, North America, bringing over a decade of healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing experience, including VP of Sales at PulsePoint. In March 2026, he transitioned to Chief Revenue Officer, AI and Patient Affordability Solutions, overseeing revenue strategy and go-to-market execution for co-pay.com and RepTwin - extending Doceree's operating system into access enablement and intelligent engagement.

Julius Ramirez is a seasoned ad-tech and partnerships leader who joined Doceree in 2023. Previously Head of Global Partnerships at Meta Audience Network, he served as EVP & GM, Data & Partnerships, building Doceree's data foundation powering Clinical Intent Signals. At CES 2026, he represented Doceree in high-value meetings with partners spanning supply, data, identity, measurement, and AI-driven technology. Now serving as Chief Partnerships Officer since May 2026, he leads Doceree's most strategic partnerships. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Amobee and Chartboost.

Jeannette Daly Trout leads human resources at Doceree as Executive Vice President, driving the people strategy that powers the company's rapid global growth. She brings over two decades of HR leadership experience, including nearly six years as SVP and Chief Talent Officer at Publicis Health Media, where she drove 55% headcount growth alongside 100% revenue growth. At Doceree, her focus spans talent acquisition, organizational design, culture, and leadership development across the US, UK, India, and APAC.
