Trust & compliance

Built for the people who have to approve it.

The hardest part of healthcare marketing isn’t moving fast - it’s moving fast within the rules. Daily Command is designed so the people who sign off, your medical, legal and regulatory teams, stay in control of every decision that reaches the market.

Principles

Four commitments, in plain English.

Your data is yours

Your campaign data, client information and unreleased product details are never used to train models. You govern what enters the system; we govern how it's protected, retained and deleted.

Human-in-the-loop by design

Daily Command recommends the strategy, the plan and the budget shift. Your medical, legal and regulatory teams approve. Nothing reaches the market without a human committing to it.

HCP and patient kept separate

Different audiences answer to different rules. Daily Command keeps HCP and patient guardrails distinct, so a campaign built for one audience never drifts into the other's requirements.

Orchestration, not authorship

Daily Command builds and runs campaigns; it does not generate or alter regulated creative. Approved assets flow in from your systems of record and stay under your MLR process.

How a decision flows

Recommend, review, approve, act.

Recommend

Daily Command surfaces a recommendation - a plan, a budget shift, a campaign change - with the reasoning and the signals behind it.

Review

The right humans see it in context, with substantiation cues and audience guardrails attached.

Approve

Medical, legal and regulatory teams approve, edit or reject. The approval is recorded.

Act

Only then does anything go live - and every step is logged and reversible.

Security posture

Enterprise controls, audit-ready.

  • SOC 2 controls and enterprise access management
  • HIPAA-aware architecture; you govern any PHI/PII inputs
  • Role-based permissions and admin visibility
  • Full audit logging across recommendations and approvals
  • Scoped, revocable integration permissions
  • Data retention and deletion you control

For agencies

Bring it to your clients without bringing risk.

Agencies run Daily Command across a roster of client brands. The relationship, the workspace and the data stay where they belong - with you and your client. Data clean rooms are how we guarantee it.

You hold the account

The agency administers the workspace and owns the client relationship. Doceree does not get a direct backchannel to your client.

Client data stays walled

Each client's data lives in its own clean room - never visible across clients, and never used to sell around you.

Separation & billing

Per-client workspaces with clean, separable cost lines you can pass through or mark up.

How a data clean room works

Data stays put

Your client's first-party data and Doceree's intent and identity signals never leave their respective environments as raw data.

Matched, not shared

Inside the clean room, records are matched on permissioned keys so audiences can be built and measured - without either side handing over raw data.

Only insights come out

What leaves the room is matched, aggregated insight - measurement, audiences, performance - not the underlying data.

Walled per client

Each engagement is isolated. Nothing crosses between clients, and nothing feeds a capability that competes with the agency.

Clean-room capabilities and data terms are confirmed during onboarding with your and your client’s data governance teams.

For legal & IT

Questions reviewers ask first.

Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your campaign data, client information and unreleased product details are not used to train models. They are used only to operate Daily Command for your team.
Does Daily Command write or change our regulated content?
No. It orchestrates campaigns using approved assets that flow in from your systems of record. It does not generate or alter regulated creative, and it does not bypass your MLR process.
Who approves what goes to market?
Your people. Daily Command recommends; your medical, legal and regulatory teams review and approve. Nothing goes live without a human committing to it, and every approval is recorded.
How are HCP and patient audiences kept compliant?
Guardrails for each audience are kept separate by design, so promotional rules for HCP and DTC requirements for patient are applied to the right track and never crossed.
What about PHI and PII?
The architecture is HIPAA-aware, and you govern what data enters the system. Inputs containing PHI or PII are handled under the controls and agreements established with your organization.
Can we audit and reverse actions?
Yes. Recommendations, approvals and actions are logged, monitored and reversible, with admin visibility across the workspace.
If we're an agency, who owns the client relationship and the login?
You do. The agency administers the workspace and holds the client relationship; Doceree does not get a direct backchannel to your client. Each client sits in its own walled workspace with separable, pass-through-ready billing.
How do data clean rooms keep client data separate?
Your client's data and Doceree's signals are matched inside a privacy-preserving clean room without raw data changing hands. Only matched, aggregated insight leaves the room. Each client is isolated, nothing crosses between clients, and nothing is used to build a capability that competes with the agency.
